Jennifer was responsive; we arranged visits every other month. I get 1 or 2 girls each visit. I pay a small surcharge for gas as I am out of her general area. With notice I can cancel any visit. Girls are responsive to reasonable requests, or extra care. Payment is due at the conclusion of services rendered.

Jennifer originally came out to the house to survey the amount of work to be done....she arrived on time and explained their services, took a tour of the house and, based on the level of service requested by us, gave us an estimate of the cost......we decided to try out the service which includes vacuuming all carpets on first floor, cleaning of wood floors and ceramic tile, complete dusting of the first floor and cleaning of three bathrooms as well as kitchen....if we need cleaning of the lower level, it is another $20 charge.....Jennifer came with two of her assistants the first time and the job was done very well and quickly (less hassle for us in a short amount of time)...on 2 subsequent visits, two or 3 associates have come to do the job and have also finished quickly...we have now had three cleanings and are more than satisfied with the service and are scheduling about every three weeks...with a heavy shedding dog and three cats, we are grateful for the good service

Every visit goes very well. They arrive on time but if, for any reason, they are running late, they will let me know.
My dog, a rescue, has issues with strangers, but when I tell her "the girls are coming," she knows who I mean and is excited to see them. They know not to pet her, but they talk to her and let her check them out. I provide treats for them to give her.

The owner was initally pleasant on the telephone and sent three of her cleaners to our house. They arrived exactly on time. That is where the good stops! They were told ahead of time that one of the rooms they were going to clean had been recently used for storage and some mice visitors had left little presents on the floor. They were also told they were to clean the bathroom used by a teenage girl. We were somewhat happy with their cleaning and suggested to them they would get a call back from us for future services. We received a call from the owner the next week and were told that her girls would not be coming back because of the "animal feces" (mice droppings) and the "black mold" (mildew on the tub grout in the bathroom). So basically, unless your house is already spotless, don't bother calling this company!!!

The owner priced the home. Both visits to clean afterwards. The crew arrived early. Worked straight through-friendly-thorough-highly recommended.
