Oxi Fresh is a revolutionary carpet cleaning company, committed to safe, green cleaning methods; and water conservation. The carpets looked better than they ever have after a cleaning. Definitely "fluffed up." It does take considerably longer than "2 hours" to dry, There was a slightly unpleasant scent in one room that I now think was remnants of some of what was spilled in there. It has diminished with each passing day. The chairs cleaned up beautifully, as did the spots he did in my car. Very nice service provider.

Not only were they able to come out the very next day, the technician Ed was pleasant, professional and did a very thorough job. We were very pleased with the results. An added bonus is that the price was reasonable. I can highly recommend Oxi Clean.

The provider was very polite and kind. Showed up in a nice vehicle, did a great job and really worked hard! This process doesn't leave your carpets soaking wet for hours and has held up!

It worked out good. It was a special but for some reason it was a $106 in my head but I also know the owner so I probably got a lower price too. They were very efficient and very thorough. I had a cat and they got all the cat hair from the boarders of the rug.
I don't have carpets now, I have wood floor. So I would probably not use them again but it's not because they are not good.

It wasn't as good as the first time. There were spots on the carpet that they had to come back and clean up. They didn't do the job they did the first time they were here.

He was there on time and went to work right away and wasn't finished until about 3 hours later. I helped him move the heavier items back it place.
The night before I had moved a lot of the items into other areas or placed item on the couch or into the kitchen to help prepare the area for his arrival---there were several item--2 chairs and several tables that I had to leave there so that he would place them where he wanted to as he worked. I had already mover the dining room table chairs into the kitchen, he moved the dining room table and cleaned under it and we moved the table back when he was finished.
When he was finished the carpet needed to dry more before I was to move things back. For me this was fine.
Harry was a friendly young man who knew what he was to do and went about doing it. I was available in case there were
questions. I believe that Oxi-Fresh of WNC is fortunate to have Harry on their payroll.
I would not hesitate in having this company back again-and would ask for Harry.

Was on-time, worked conscientiously and treated stubborn spots to remove them. Results were very good. Even gave me a price-break since my largest room had so much furniture that the areas of traffic and dirt were minimal. He was very cordial and also very patient as I followed him around and regaled him with my mostly insipid conversation! Nice guy, good job, very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Joe was very professional and thorough. He called after we had gotten an estimate to clean the carpeting in our home to follow up and answer any questions we might have about the process and service. He called the morning of the appointment and arrived promptly at 8 a.m. Joe was very friendly and respectful. He spent four hours here working and reworking stubborn stains and areas. The final price was below estimate, and he even left us with a bottle of stain remover. We highly recommend Oxy Fresh Carpet Cleaning.
