Every time I used them, my shirts came back with many wrinkles pressed and starched into the shirt. I asked them to clean again the shirts and they did, but even the second time around, the shirts came back with wrinkles. He claimed they were having trouble with their equipment. I am always looking for a bargain with dry-cleaning, but I have given up on taking my clothes here -- too much hassle.
