I don't see how anyone is writing these negative reviews. All I can say is they're great. Our small rural subdivision has been without viable internet for ten years. We made a request about 3 years ago and it was denied, as we expected, due to it not being economically viable. We tried again last year. This time we pushed a bit more. The office did the viability study, which yielded the same result. No. But we asked for the decision to be pushed to upper management. The CEO approved it immediately. Alleluia! I worked with the engineering team to determine the plan. They were great. While the initial due date was missed, we started installations about two months later. After waiting years, what's a couple of months. Everyone involved with ordering, installing, etc. were totally customer focused. Nothing like in the other reviews. We ordered the 200mb plan and it flies. So happy with it. The contractor used to do the initial cable running around the neighborhood left two large cable spools in a common area. About a month after the final installation, I noticed them and called Morris. They were removed the next day. Morris indicated that they would come back in about a month to bury the cable laying across our yard. Bingo, they came almost exactly one month later. Their crew did a great job. I can barely tell they did any work. Others in our subdivision had a similar experience. So don't believe those old reviews. Those were made during a time when Morris was ongoing a very large system upgrade. Sure problems were going to come up. It's over now and things are running smoothly. I will say we only signed up for their internet service, not TV or phone.

The actual wireless service is good. Customer service can be quite lacking in people skills and manners. I have been with them 5 years, and most of the CSRs are rude and short with you, never admitting a wrong, especially Eric and a few others whom I don't remember. Some are very good however. Liz, a supervisor, is very good and shines out above her coworkers, so ask for her if needed.

We called Morris Broadband and they quickly diagnosed a possible issue with our underground cable. They had a Technician out the next day to replace the cable which restored our internet service! They buried the cable about another two weeks later. Overall we have been very pleased with Morris Broadband in all respects except prices remains too high.

Sometimes our service is choppy, we only use Morris for our internet. When there is a disruption in the line, we call and it takes them 1-3 days to respond, which is annoying. You never know how long you will be without service! I would like the same day (given the fact that most of our outages seem to occur in the morning). I understand they are extremely busy though.


Once the technician comes out, they are usually very helpful and courteous.

The phone representative was not particularly knowledgeable and I did not find the pricing competitive. Unfortunately, I have no other provider options in my area. The reps that came to the house were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I was set up and ready to go in under a half hour.

Already had cable for TV and then purchased internet service. Rarely had any problems with TV performance over the past 6 years. But when connected to the internet my TV and computer performance degrades (new TV). 4 technicians were unable to totally resolve the problem. After doing research on the internet I discovered that I probably need to purchase a faster download speed and should not watch the digital channels as I do not have a box for digital service. Although even tuned to an analog channel will still result in poorer performance. I do not use my computer frequently but when I do I have to turn my TV off. I also have degraded computer performance after 5:00 p.m. probably due to many more users on the system. I do not know if more download speed will solve these problems but the cost is too high for my fixed income to find out.

He did a good job,was very polite and friendly. I did call once because my TV was not getting service, it was on a Sat. They called me back on Sunday to check and see if my service was back up and it was. I was surprised to get a call from them on the weekend but took a chance. The only thing I wasn't to crazy about was that I could not record any shows. I called to find out why and found out I had to pay extra for a DVR. It was only about $10 more but would have liked to know up front during the initial set up.

Great company to do service with. Both the installer and office workers were very accommodating and friendly. I no longer watch television so I do not have cable anymore but I have never had any issues with my internet, always have great service when using it. Installer was right on time and very helpful while installing everything. Was initially going to use ATand T, but was not as happy with their service and staff friendliness.

We've been without HD service, high speed internet (except today!) and the movie channels we are supposed to get for 19 days now. I tried for 3 days to get through to customer service via phone, spent 1 hour total on hold and never spoke to anyone. Finally had to go to main Hendersonville office. No one seems to know how to restore our service. Several technicians have been out, still no service. FAIL
