It was between $200 - $300. The veterinarian really, really cares. He's very, very good. I can't speak highly enough about him. He's Dr. Pernell. The staff there cares very, very much about the animals. They take good care and they're conscientious. He had six surgeries on Monday but he found time on the afternoon to see her and spend time with her. He called us up at 6:30 that night. He went through everything. I brought her home. He kept thinking about the issue and called. He called us again the next day because he's done further research. He's a good diagnositician. He's a person who loves animals. I can't find a better person to be a veterinarian.

We took one of our dogs for its annual check-up. Dr. Pernell and his staff seem to be very kind, patient and knowledgeable. Dr. Pernell takes his time and answers our questions. We feel our animals are in great hands.

Since this visit, we have had to take this dog back for problem with her skin. Dr. Pernell diagnosed the problem accurately and prescribed necessary meds, and she is doing great.

Just moved to Hendersonville last weekend and discovered that the new home I purchased was infested with fleas. On a friend's recommendation I contacted Laurel Park Animal Hospital and made an appointment for my Westie to be seen. Dr. Pernell and his staff were extremely friendly and when we went in the exam room my dog's name was even written on a white board welcoming her! Her focus was more on the treats that were offered as Dr. Pernell and his assistant talked to and petted my dog to assure her that they were friendly. The doctor completely checked the dog over and prescribed an oral flea medicine to systemically kill the fleas. No other tests, shots etc were required unlike other vets I have visited when moving to a new town. I am very happy with Dr. Pernell and his practice and look forward to being a client for a long time to come!
