KIRTLEY'S APPLIANCE SVC

We called Mr. Kirtley when our Kenmore washer stopped working, and he said he could come at noon the following day. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and the washer was back in business. He was polite, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. We would certainly use him again.

It went great! Mr Kirtley was on time, knowledgeable, friendly & professional. He explained the problem & repaired the washer to my satisfaction & at a reasonable price.

He was excellent, prompt, quick and caring. He came right back to move the washer closer in so it can be tight. He does know older machines so he was able to fix my washer. Because of his knowledgeable of older machines and the part that he had he knew to put in a better quality part instead of having to replace it again if he were to use an older part which makes him seem passionate of these machines.

All went Very Well. Don knows his business, is very professional and works along quickly, all at a fair price. Highly recommend him to anyone with appliance issues.

He was really good. I just talked to a neighbor and she's having a problem with her refrigerator and I said "this really great guy came here and helped us with ours, I'll get you his phone number if you'd like". He came in right away. He was easy to get a hold of. He was very professional and courteous; all of those things that make you feel comfortable about somebody. It was just one person. He's not a big organization, it's just an individual. I found them to be very professional, courteous, timely. There was no mess made. We had been away for several weeks and the line froze. He believed the lines froze, because the refrigerator and freezer doors weren't being opened and closed like they would normally be done, when you are home. He recommended that when we travel that we raise the internal temperature of the refrigerator slightly, and that would remedy that situation and keep the lines from freezing. All the way around, I would give them an A. If it's appliance related, I would definitely call them again.

Mr. Kirtley said he doesn't work on the new computerized machines and wasn't sure he could find the article, but was willing to come out to check. He also said that there would be no cost if he couldn't fix the problem. Well, he knew just how to get into the washer, found the article & removed it. Besides being professional & competent, Mr Kirtley is both considerate and just plain nice. He is someone I would hire again.

The refrigerator and freezer are both working beautifully.  Don was the perfect repair person - he was on time, fixed the problem (and even helped me put the food back into the freezer), the bill was really reasonable, and he was both professional and cordial.  I am so glad I went to Angie's List to find a recommendation.  He filled the bill for my needs.  I have already spoken about him to other neighbors.  When you find a good repair person, you want to spread the news!

He showed up exactly at the time arranged. Thoughtfully gave us some advice about settings, cleaning and left without charging us a penny. It was like having my uncle over to help out. I found him on the list. He was exactly what we were hoping for!

He is a treasure.  We'd never have replaced our old washer if we knew of him two years ago.  I hate the new electronic washers.

To try to save some money, we had ordered and installed a new gasket for our refrigerator door.  After it was installed the door would not close.  We called Kirtley's at 4:30 P.M. and although he could not make it that evening, we were told to call him back the next morning.  He came out later on that morning and fixed our door so it would close.  Very efficient, very knowledgeable and very courteous.  Would highly recommend!

Great experience from start to finish. Options were explained before scheduling an appointment. Mr Kirtley was prompt and knowledgeable. He was able to adjust a plastic tab to get the icemaker working again and stated he would check the price of the part in case it needed replacement in the future. I highly recommend this honest and skilled technician.

I called on the day the problem started and scheduled an appointment for the next day at 11 am.  He arrived at 11, tolerated my dogs, found the problem, discussed the cost, fixed it and left, all within an hour.
