We've had that car in a couple of times for oil changes and tire rotations and they've been very good. It went very well, easily, and fast. Today if you're looking for a car you can get all the information you need online. I had gotten prices from other dealers online and I went to him and he gave me a price. I asked him if he could match or beat the other ones and he said yes, and it was a really quick deal.

Horrible job. Body parts misaligned, dirt in paint and scratches missed. Had to redo which took an additional 3 days. They did not squak as was plain to see problems. Second time was okay.

I contacted the same sales person (Gala Rice) we had spoken to a few months ago. Explained to her we were ready to buy and wanted to make sure a car on their website was available. She emailed a net out the door price on the car which had a MRSP of $32,500.00.
The price was right and we up the car 2 days later. Our salesperson went over all accessories on the car to make sure we knew how to work all the features and took extra time to make sure all of questions were answered and satisfied.
We use their service department only for all service on this auto. We live about 60 miles from the dealer and all we have to do is give them a day notice and time and they have always been right on schedule to take us in and out on a timely basis.
We recommend Hunter Subaru to anyone. Not a typical auto sales experience and a half day of your time haggling over price and the old phrase and quot;What will you give me for this car todayand quot;.

When I made the appointment, there specials listed on the web page, both for oil change, and tire rotation. From review of my bill, it does not appear that I received these special advertised prices. This is disappointing, but I still needed the service. They ARE fairly fast, though I find it puzzling, that since they claim to have done a full inspection, they failed to fill the windshield washer fluid tank, and left it empty. Other than that, they are pretty good, and I think their charges are pretty much in line with anyone else in the area. They seem to care. When you take a vehicle in for servicing, I would recommend you inquire about any special prices you have seen advertised on their website, to make sure you receive those discounts.

I went in for an oil change and a check up. They found a wheel bearing that needed to be replaced and they fixed it under warranty. I certainly like that service call because I wasn't aware that it was defective but I mentioned that something wasn't right. They found it, fixed it, and made a new car out of it.

I changed from Prestige to Hunter for my service last October. My
experience in October was very positive which lead to this experience. I
knew my timing belt was due to be replaced and brought it in expressly
for that purpose plus an oil change. I made an appointment for Dec 18,
2012, at 1:00 PM. I arrived at 12:45 PM, and my vehicle was taken right
away to be worked on. Ed Izlar, my Service Advisor, gave me an
estimate for the cost and made sure I was comfortable in the Customer
Lounge. He checked on me a couple of times, giving me updates for when
my car would be ready. At one point, he told me it appeared to be
almost ready, but he returned a little later and told me he had been
mistaken...it seems that the mechanic was having some difficulty.
Rather than have me wait any longer, Ed arranged for a complimentary
loaner (brand new Sport SUV) and sent me home saying my car would be
ready by lunch tomorrow (Dec 19). He explained that he would rather the
mechanic take his time and get it right rather than getting more
frustrated and making mistakes and that the cost to me would not
change. At 10:32 AM today, I received a call from Ed telling me that my
car was ready. I paid the expected price. While I paid the bill, Ed
took my car and had it washed off cleaner than when I brought it in.
Inside the car, you could not tell it had ever been in a repair stall.
So far the car has driven better than when I took it in. I have now driven my car for two days after the service. My car drives like it is brand new. It accelerates smoothly, shift smoothly and is noise free. I don't know what they did with the extra time to make sure the timing belt was installed right, but the difference in my car's operation is very noticeably improved. EXCELLENT job!

Went in twice, two separate occasions. Both times they ignored me until I had to ask for help, hard to believe at a car dealership. They had virtually no new car inventory that I was interested in; had no brochures; were unable to answer even basic questions about their cars. The sales people were indifferent, like they were bored, bordering on rude.

I bought my car here in 2005 and have brought it back for all services, even oil changes, since then. The main reason has been Helen, my service rep. She has always been honest and never tried to sell me any service or product she felt I didn't need. Today she gave me several options about replacing the compass and I chose not to replace it at all. I'll need to come back when the new clock comes in. The key to a dealer is the service AFTER one buys the car. I strongly recommend Hunter for its service.

The job went very smoothly, I was kept informed during each step of the service. I was given a vehicle to drive since some of the work took longer than expected. I drive 140 round trip to have my cars serviced at Hunter Chevrolet Subaru Hyundai because of the excellent service I always recive when I am there and all the people.
