HOUSEHOLD LOCK & KEY

This is the third time I've had Paul from Household Lock come out and revise lock/re-key a home for a client. He was courteous, quick and professional - and above all reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him and his services!

He does great work, on time and cleaned up after himself. He did a great job. Would re hire again.

Paul was a little early, not a problem. Explained what he could do very polite and professional-stayed about 3 hours.

Paul Trees does excellent work. He's conscientious and humble and he works to make sure needs are met. I'm going to have him re-key all of my rental units in the future. I recommend him highly.

Our locksmith was on time, very polite, he didn't try to up sell but did make us aware of some issues w/ our doors that could be future security issues and he fixes our door latches for free. He was great, professional and timely.

Another locksmith was going to change $350 as a quote . I cancelled that and called Paul. He went out of his was to accommodate me because I was leaving to Charleston that night. He only took about an hour. I have used household lock & key twice. I also trusted him to be in my home at night. Great guy!

They could have reasonable pricing.

Wonderful! He came, he replaced them; on 2 doors he adjusted it so it unlocked easier – in and out – very nice!

Paul was referred to us by another locksmith who was unable to come to our house at the last minute. Paul arrived within a couple of hours and had all the parts and tools. He needed when he arrived. He was here and gone in less than 2 hours.

Paul was very helpful and accommodated my schedule very well – he had to occur – special parts, but managed to got them and complete the work in a timely and professional manner. He even agreed to help a maintenance man lift a heavy piece of furniture into a truck. That’s above & beyond what I expected him to do! Thanks, Paul!

My realtor, Buck Heatherly of Beverly-Hanks Associates, arranged to have a locksmith come to our new-to-us home during our first visit. Every workman that Buck has recommended has been excellent.
Bruce Hairston came over on the scheduled day at the scheduled hour.
He re-keyed three locks on two doors of our log home and gave us five keys for $85 total.
After the job was complete, Bruce spent about an hour with us talking about the area and about mutual interests, including places to go canoeing and kayaking, etc. Great guy!
