Scheduling the inspection and the actual inspection itself went well.  Mr. Johnson was on time and delivered the inspection results in a timely and professional manner.  However, Mr. Johnson failed to identify 4 issues in the house that ended up costing us approximatley $4000 in repairs.  There were 2 items that were blantantly obvious.  We had a window that was leaking water.  The lady we hired to clean the house before we moved in told us a window looked like it had water damage.  There was indeed water damage and the window started leaking water into the house.  Another other obvious issue was a water damaged baseboard beside the shower along with tile/grout damage and a bouncy floor in front of the shower.  It turned out we had a water leak from our shower pan that had damaged much of the bathroom floor.  He also missed a crack in the guest bathtub and the coils on one A/C unit needed to be cleaned.  Unfortunately, the inspection was May 8 and I didn't move into the house until August 18, so the 90 day warranty on the inspection was useless.
