The work started out fantastic. The quality seemed good. The people were nice, but they were not prompt; there were too many days that no one showed up and the work dragged on.
I had been extremely generous toward the owner, giving expensive power tools and items I did not need,. As the recession hit, the price for new work quadrupled even after a lower estimate had been given, and when I questioned why, the owner became nasty and abrasive, rather than have a discussion with me.
