Mike came right over the day after Christmas to check out problem he called numerous places to try to find control panel on a 14 year old furnace, found it but kept looking due to. Extremely high price. Managed to find one from another local business. It took a whole to get but we were lucky had gas logs to heat house. He replaced this part and it is working wonderfully. I will be calling him to do maintenance on furnace and AC unit or if any problems occur.

He arrived when he said he would. I described the problem with close to real sound effects (at least I thought they were). It was an intermittent problem so I was worried he wouldn't see it or know what I was describing. He did stuff at the motor and told me it was the capacitor and he had one in his truck. He replaced it, told me I was getting one made in the U.S. by luck and then we tested it out. He made the blower less noisy and said to call him if I had problems. The capacitor was under warranty so I only had to pay for the service call. I gave him a check, he cleaned up and gave me a receipt and he said good bye.

It went very well - it was finished that day.
