They have been very good. They have been very reliable over the years. They have done all kinds of repairs for us. We both bought new cars, so we haven't been doing a lot of auto service recently. I think they have been very reasonable in their pricing. They are well established, it is a family run business, and they are reputable. Sometimes it takes them a little longer than I would like to get a repair finished. They always respond well.

F and R Auto Service are very honest, very thorough and very efficient. I've never had a problem with them. I've gotten a lot of services and repairs from them. They've repaired my hoses, belts, alternator, brakes, some basic smaller repairs to make it pass inspection, battery repair. One time I got stranded and I told AAA to bring my car there. They're very good and very accessible. You can drop your keys off and go. They're really open and explain what is wrong with your care very carefully and thoroughly.

They're very reasonable. They did an inspection immediately because I didn't have enough miles on it. Someone had erased the memory of the computer. I tried it a couple of times to find out if it deleted the history to provide information for ignition's control. They treated us very well.

I have nothing negative about Fand R Auto Service. Their work is excellent, reasonable, and they are honest, professional, and above all, extremely helpful. They have a large clientelle who trust them implicitly.

We get everything done there, including all of our oil changes. I like the fact that I am a woman and when I go in there and tell them something is wrong they listen to my concerns and don't treat me any differently than they would my husband. They get thank you notes all the time in the local Times newspaper.

They are independent, honest and dependable.

No frills. Good work. Fair price. My brother in law is a mechanic in another state and I used to call him all the time and ask if this repair or that charge sounded right and they were always right on. Now, I don't even bother to call. I trust them and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Called the day before, received an estimate and made the appointment. The reception was quite informal and friendly. No forms or paper work authorization and such. Called to check on the car later and it was ready. They took the second car for inspection a the time I picked up the first car. Very accommodating. I will definitely use their service again.

They are down to earth and they are very honest. If you don't need something they will tell what you do and do not need. They are good neighbors.
