Erick kindly worked us in his schedule, even though it meant a long day for his team. He was very skilled and professional and punctual. Excellent work ethic and great customer service. It is obvious he has a great deal of experience and is concerned about the best outcome for his customer. It was a great experience and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Not so well. Arrived on time.. Island soapstone great but counter labradorite has multiple issues. - - Seams not great. - Very poor templating or cutting that resulted in excessive seams in countertop areas not specified to be tiled for backsplash and not caulked to prevent damage. - multiple cracks and chipping in countertops that were not responded to in a timely fashion. Then told could not be repaired and would be reported to Slabco for resolution and then told oh well that should be expected? Well also suggested they could practice repair and fix part and replace part of counter..... For price paid really not an expected or responsible response. If the slabs had issues when delivered should not have been accepted. If they were ok then there should have been some attempt to work with SLABCO regarding chipping issues. FYI - E&CC was used as a subcontractor for cabinet company and our pricing was well over 80k and did not include private contractor work for items other than cabinets (electric, plumbing,drywall, window etc.) . The cabinet company work was delayed by unexpected construction issues and started in late 2017 with details finally completed today 7/12/2018. I am clueless why the cabinet folks decided to use these inferior granite countertop folks and would strongly recommend that everyone should research the installers rather than go with a pig in the poke for countertops.

They did an excellent job! Countertops looked better than new! The man who came was courteous and punctual. His work was neat and tidy. I would definately use this company again. This work was performed under a special offer. They did exactly what the offer described and were very generous to me in their measurement of the area to be sealed.

Overall excellent! Eric arrived on time as a professional would. Within the hour or so, he had fixed the entire thing. His prices were good, his process was smart and he made quick use of his time!

We had a very good experience. The work was done exactly as planned. The old counter tops and sink were disposed of and the new granite counter tops and sink were installed in less than a full day.

Everything was done in a professional manner. Erick definitely knows what he is doing. The measurements are 100% exact. Erick and his partner showed up right on time and worked non-stop until it was done. My countertops are beautiful and I would highly recommend E&CC Granite.

Great! Erick was very responsive and came out to give us an estimate within a few days. He came back and remeasured after we had to move a cabinet and even helped me pull a sink out of an old countertop. Our new counters are beautiful!

Erick the owner was very quick to respond. He was busy at the time I called him and said he would call back in a few minutes which he did. I told him my problem and he said he could come to the house in the afternoon. He set a time and would call when he left for my house.
He arrived at the house as promised and fixed me up in no time. He is very professional, polite and just a nice guy.
Erick did an excellent job. Five stars and would definitely use him again .

Very nice. Very informative. But, the price is per square feet, and if you go over, which we did, it is much more. He did reduce it a little, which was very nice. I learned how to do the counters myself though. And that was great!

It was a pleasure to work with Erick from the start to the finish of this project. All promises were met and the completed job is beautiful. He took special care to minimize the space between the countertops and the walls since we were not installing a backsplash. I would certainly recommend E & CC Granite to friends and family and use them again in the future if I had another project requiring their skills.

Erick did a great job. We love our countertops. He was easy to work with and got our work done quick and efficient. Wish we would have know how much plumbing would be needed afterwards though. It was never talked about. That being said...lesson learned on our part. We would use him again.

Excellent. He was referred to me by another trusted contractor. Showed up on time to discuss the project and design. He did preliminary measurements and made his recommendations. He referred us to a reputable granite supplier where we picked out our granite. He then completed his quote based on our granite selection and once we approved it, he arranged with the granite supplier to deliver our selected granite to his shop for fabrication. He made templates of the kitchen counters and backspashes and laid out the cuts in the granite slabs. He then invited us to review the lay out with him so we could see how the pieces would be cut for installation, taking advantage of the natural "flow" of the stone we selected. (The stone we selected was an "exotic" grade granite with a lot of "flow" and "movement" that needed to be carefully matched for the installation.) His fabrication and installation was perfect - exactly as he described. He, and a helper, showed up on time for the selected day of installation. Installation and cleanup were flawless. Would highly recommend.
