Highly recommended. Adam was very thorough and informative with great attention to detail. My mother, with 30+ years experience in real estate, said he was the best home inspector she has ever worked with. During his walk through he gave great tips on home maintenance, areas of concern, likely outcomes and possible remedies. His report, which was ready in 24 hours, was very detailed including photos of all his findings. If I ever need a home inspector in the future, I will definitely hire Adam again.

Not only was Adam informative and didn't get upset ot irritated after I asked a million questions he was professional and prompt with the services. Adam Duncan is very thorough and quick to say that he is a generalist, not a specialist. Most of the things he found were trivial, which was a relief, but some were potential major hazards and need to be further inspected by a specialist contractor. He recommended an engineer for cracks in the foundation which proved to be inconsequential. He's personable, easy to work with and is willing to answer questions.

This guy was AMAZING. He was incredibly thorough, punctual, professional, and the customer service was fantastic. This was just when we were there for the home inspection. He would give us updates while he was there, I mean the guy spent 2-3 hours looking at our house. He was climbing up on the roof and in the crawl space and every time I saw him he was looking at something or reading something on his meters. He gave us wonderful feedback, His report was given to us in 24 hours I mean that was great in itself. Who is that fast and thorough? I had to take my fiancee' to work and he was willing to stay and wait to talk to me which would have been 45 minutes roundtrip just to ensure that I felt better. I didn't do that because it would have wasted his time and it would all be in his report, but I mean the customer service involved was fantastic. We had other inspections going on at the same time and he was nice enough to volunteer to go home to grab a tool so we could open the crawl space the seller forgot to leave open to inspect. We had gotten a quote from another home inspector in the area before Duncan, it was very high in price and also they increased the price twice on us. We felt that was unfair. Duncan was VERY reasonable and for the effort and time he put in, was probably one of the best investments I have made on this potential house we are buying. I would hire him again in a second. I wish Home Advisor gave a scale of a 10 because I would give him a 12! Don't think twice, hire this guy!

Adam performed a superb home inspection and radon test on a contracted home in Waynesville. We have bought many houses in our lifetime and had inspections which were either modicum or poor. This was our first experience with an outstanding professional home inspector. We would not hesitant a second in recommending Adam to any prospective home buyer; in fact, we would encourage it.
