Wade and Jacob were very professional and courteous. They were on time and explained everything they were doing and took before and after pictures of my entire duct work and air handler. Wade was also very kind and provided the dryer vent cleaning at no extra charge. Wade and Jacob accommodated us by maintaining the use of face masks and foot coverings not only respecting our home but also our health and safety at this time of Covid. We greatly appreciated his company’s services and would highly recommend them.

Ductz Wade Patterson and his crew did a great job cleaning our ducts. Wade came out promptly to look at our duct system and wrote out the estimate that day. He was extremely accommodating to our confusing schedule. He was available to answer our questions when we received conflicting advice about the timing of cleaning the ducts (we had other work going on) and offered sound advice. His crew came in and worked consciously. They were careful to ensure that all the vents were probably closed before beginning their process. When they finished, our house looked like it did before they came. No mess. The crew was very courteous. They even apologized because they were "tardy" by a mere 3 minutes. We highly recommend Ductz.

It went very well. The 2 guys that were there were very respectful put covers on their shoes. They were efficient. they had good communication. The president cam out and gave us the estimate they did the dryer vent for free. They worked straight through. They cleaned up everything before they left .

They were the most knowledgeable of the providers I spoke with.  They were professional and educated me on what was safe for my health.  I could feel the difference in the air quality when they were 1/2 way through.

They thoroughly cleaned all the branch ducts, while having a vacuum removing the built up debris of hair, dust and mold that they were causing to come loose.

Since this is a two story house, the problem was greater than normal.

After this was accomplished they proceeded to clean out the cooling/heat exchanger of the heat pump and then the main duct. This they had to cut into, in order to do a through cleaning job. The cleaning was done, then the duct was painted on the inside to prevent reoccurrence of mold and then the access holes were patched over.

They did a marvelous job of removing all the product that came out and cleaning up after themselves.

I would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs this type of work done.

We had scheduling problems but they hung in thee with us for a date. Much appreciated. Chad and his guys were very professional in their work. They were very efficient. We appreciated Chad going out of his way to point out things we might think about doing both now and in the future to improve the livability of the house.

The work was excellent.  The ducts had many years of built up accumulation but they were able to clean them out thoroughly.

Excellent work.  Came right out the same day I called.  One of my dryer vents is at the roof line so they had to scale a tall ladder. Very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and honest.   I also inquired  about cleaning the air ducts in my house.  They took a look at my system and determined that it was very clean and did not require any cleaning.

This service went very well.  This was my first experience using this type of service. They did a great job explaining the process and the end result is my home's interior air is much cleaner and healthier.

The owner and associate arrived at 9am. They immediately started work. They wore shoe protectors any time they came into house. They didn't stop for breaks. They did a very thorough job finishing about 2PM.
When job completed, the owner of the company sat down with me to explain all work that was performed which agreed with his original proposal.
We were very satisfied with the work peformed and the professionalism exhibited.

Couldn't have gone better! Wade gave us a bid, and a week later, along with another guy, started and completed the service in one day. They did what they said they were going to do at the price they said they were gonna do it, in the approx. time frame they estimated. Actually, it took them a little longer than they predicted. They were really diligent. On top of that, they were personable. I felt very comfortable with them in my home.

Ductz did a thorough cleaning of the entire duct system and removed the cause of the odor.
