Cody, of C. R. Construction, let me know everything he was doing to make sure I was clear on the process. This was a deck reconstruction. The old foundation was fine but everything above it needed to be replaced with new deck boards, railings, and spindles. And after he removed the old boards he found that he also needed to replace 2 of the floor joists. Instead of steps going to the back yard, I asked him to build a ramp for the dogs - it's great, they love it. I will use him again in the spring when the deck needs to be stained. I love my new deck! I would recommend him without hesitation.
