Out of necessity, this was a multi-step install. Tim made several visits as worked progressed, coordinating with the gas contractor and county inspectors.  Customer care is A+.

The work performed was excellent as best as I can tell. When I initially contacted Tim he returned my call promptly. The price was excellent. My only complaint was the scheduling as there were 3 cancellations which made it difficult since the work was performed at my distant part-time residence.

From the very first phone call, this was an excellent experience.  Tim Tine (owner) responded to my request for an estimate to have a new Generator installed very rapidly, came out to the house, examined my particular house situation as far as what was necessary and provided a professional, detailed, written estimate within 24 hours.  I had already met with 3 other vendors on this matter over the past 6 months, and I was not pleased with any of them.  
Tim is a true professional, respectful and he "listened" well to what I had to say.  He responded to all of my questions clearly.    I put him in the top 1% of all tradesmen and vendors that I have ever met (over 30 years of owning several houses).  He's also very patient on everything and he performs the technical work the "right way" without cutting corners.
We agreed on the contract and he ordered the Generator.   Tim had to make several extra trips to the house and he did so without any hesitation.  I really like that he has a "turn key" product which included the generator, concrete pad, and all of the electrical work (which was extensive), and the inspection costs in one price.   He made a complicated and serious installation seem simple and easy.  He is highly educated on generators and electrical knowledge and he keeps up with the latest changes.  The installation went perfectly. He also provided advice and assistance in regard to the propane gas company aspect.  
I know that if anything needs repair or service he will be here for me.   In sum, this experience could not have gone better.  Also, in addition to his outstanding service, his price was equal or better than all of the other quotes I received.   I will have him return for all maintenance, service and any other electrical work in the future.  If I could give him an A+ in all categories, I would.

The company was very responsive and did a complicated installation perfectly.  Everything easily passed with Asheville inspectors and we are up and running.  Tim and his company will provide ongoing maintenance and support.  Highly recommend.

He missed our original appointment due to a family illness, but was very punctual to all of our resulting appointments. He toally understood what I wanted to do and quickly provided a competitive and comprehensive proposal. He installed it while I was away from the house and kept me updated with photographs. Tim did a great job!

It is rare that one works with a provider as conscientious as Tim at Complete Energy Systems of WNC. We called him when we were experiencing a power outage at our mountain home due to some bad weather in July. He immediately came to our home and provided us with a temporary generator free of charge. He then made recommendations for an installed generator to meet our needs, and he coordinated the installation of a buried propane tank to fuel the generator. He showed up on time and made sure the appropriate safety inspections were done before fully activating the generator. This involved him waiting around for many hours for county inspectors. He provides a monitoring service so that he is notified when the generator is activated due to a power outage, and he then comes by to ensure the generator is working properly. The monitoring system allows on-line assessment of how much fuel remains in the generator. In addition to his attention to detail, he is also a nice, mild mannered person who exudes warmth. I recommend him enthusiastically to anyone needing a generator!

Tim arrive and did an amazing amount of diagnostics and
figured out it was the magnetos that make the spark plugs work, one of them was
out. It means that our generator was running on one cylinder. He ordered the
parts and when they arrived they were not up to his satisfaction. He was
truthful about the parts and re-ordered a new set. He came back and at this
time he has spent at least 6 hours on this unit. When all was said and done he
only charged us 3 hours labor plus parts. That?s an A across the board. You
have a service contract with whoever drop them and go to Tim.  

The job went extremely well. The generator passed inspection and now we can't wait for the power to go out (-:
