Initially, the provider put a dye into system to check for leaks. When there were not leaks to be found, the verdict was that we needed a new AC compressor. They ordered the part and replaced it within a few days of eachother. Excellent service that was very timely as well.

was completed as I requested and I was given a full explanation of what

The service was much faster and less expensive than I anticipated. Not only that, but they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and did't gouge me on price. I asked if the spark plugs needed to be replaced and was told no, that they are platinum plugs and should last 90,000 miles. For me that is a true sign of an honest business. I was able to walk to a local coffee shop to wait and was called in about an hour that the car was ready.
