The move went seamlessly, and I am so grateful to Carolina Pack n Go for their help! They were punctual, responsible and extremely professional. Highly recommend!

I hired Carolina Pack n Go to pick up a kiln to fire ceramics from Hendersonville, NC and deliver it to me in Lexington, SC. The gentlemen from CPnG arrived on time at the pick up location in NC, loaded up, and informed me when they were on the way. My contact at the pickup location said the movers were polite and careful. When the movers ran into difficulties in traffic, they notified me and updated their ETA. They arrived in the time frame given and unloaded the kiln, lifting it again to put wheels under it at my request. A kiln is made of a soft firebrick that can easily chip or crack and has to be handled carefully. I inspected the exterior and interior of the kiln and it was in great condition, including the firebrick. The gentlemen from CPnG were polite, friendly, and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely work with them again. I recommend their services!

Absolutely phenomenal service. The movers were quick, precise, and helped our every need. When moving was complete, we realized the bed slats were not put in our POD by a different company. The manager took it upon himself to drive 40 minutes to Home Depot and buy everything needed to place new slats so we would be able to sleep in our bed. Talk about 5 STAR SERVICE. Will absolutely use again and I urge anyone looking to use these guys.

Got the job done

These guys are the best in the biz. They got our whole house packed, boxes and furniture, in under 3 hours. And they got it all on one truck. They all had great attitudes, super work ethics, and superb manners. They had that same "can do" spirit upon arrival for the unpacking and hauling everything up two flights of stairs. They never complained, asked for breaks, or slowed their pace. They didn't stop until 9:30. And they all rejoiced over this amazing job they had accomplished! It was so delightful to see guys so invested in their jobs. We may not move again, but I would highly recommend these guys for any move you have, short or long. They are incredible! They are honest, kind, professional, compassionate, and hardworking! We would rate them a solid 10+ if the scale went that high. Their office staff is very friendly, as is their owner, Mike. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed!

We moved from NC to Indiana in October 2022. They came in with the best binding quote. My husband worked with contracts his whole life so he knew we should have them out a second time to review what we were moving. He actually said "we don't want any surprises". They ended up charging two deposits of $721.00 saying the second one was a mistake. However, once they had everything we owned in their trucks they raised our price by thousands of dollars, even though we had a contract. The reason? We were over weight. That's because they miscalculated the contents but there is nothing in the contract about truck weight. Their miscalculation isn't our problem or fault. We came to an agreement that he would repay us $2,500 via the Cash App. He stopped paying us after $2,000 even though I continue to request money from him. I get a lot of empty promises. To their credit, the team who came to our house did a great job with loading the trucks.

I’ve used them twice. The first move was only 4 hours and led by JT. He was a Tetris Master and he and his partner worked to unload into the late hours of the night. I was super impressed. My second move was from SC to NM, 23 hours. This was led by John, he was amazing as well! Again, he worked through the middle of night with some challenges (I had more stuff than I thought!) and he and his partner got everything to New Mexico with zero damage and he even helped us switch out our dryer wire connection. A really great, hardworking guy. Justin is the owner and communicates quickly throughout the process.

Not to well! Moving truck had no lift gate, so when the furniture was unloaded it got dirty. One sleeper couch was left in garage that was supposed to be brought inside the house. I noticed a knob on coffee table was missing, TV stand was not assembled, TV was left on the floor. We had three guys but only saw two most of the time. It took nearly an hour for two of the men to assemble a crib, I saw they were struggling with it and noticed the headboard was backwards which was very obvious. Over 1,300.00 for a local move.

The moving professionals were terrific. Showed on time at both ends to the move. Different guys, but both crews of two were professional, friendly, helpful, ready to do whatever was necessary with pleasure. Also, there was a fuel charge on the move which hadn't been quoted to me in the contract set price. Mike immediately took it off without complaint when he realized he hadn't notified me of this expense in our discussions. No problem. I highly recommend this company.

The across town move went really smoothly. They were very personable yet professional. They also made sure everything was put back together and connected before they left. It was a rainy day, but they were conscious of our floors and didn’t stopped until it all got done (even moving from a 3rd floor apt). Definitely 1st choice if we have to move again and we’ll likely try to use them for smaller jobs like inheriting furniture.

I give them more than 10*******. From owner to staff. Efficient, considerate and very reasonable. I have even called up the owner for helping me out with other moving situations this week. He gets right back to you the same day

These guys are great. Fun the initial request for a quick move, Justin was amazing. Communications was great. Three guys made quick work of the move, which included moving some very heavy furniture (wrapped and packed with care!) and a lot of fragile boxes (we had no tape). It was hot out and these guys had to haul everything up a steep driveway. They didn’t take the typical breaks most guys take to extend the hourly billing. They even moved out 4 couches and loveseats back to our old place. They were very friendly and respectful and got the job done in quick order. I highly recommend this organization. Can’t say enough of Justin and this crew!
