I’m a current resident at Brittany Place Apartments in Hendersonville, NC. If you are currently considering this apartment complex I urge you to RUN LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! At all costs please do not move here. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. You would think that paying $1,500 a month for rent that you would have some privacy and be able to actually enjoy living somewhere. Not here. They literally come into my apartment minimum twice a month. Even without you putting in a maintenance request or anything. They are also very rude regarding kids who are special needs. Most of the people who work in the front office are very cruel. There’s only 1 person that is actually kind. The Maintenance people do a good job of keeping the grounds nice. But they aren’t friendly (besides the manager) and one of them is extremely rude and creepy. I had to go out of town for almost 2 months because I had to have knee surgery. They were aware that I was going to have to go out of town. Therefore, I never received a notice that they were coming into my apartment while I was not there. I never even received a phone call or email. I only knew about it because I saw them on my cameras that I have inside my apartment. I just want privacy and peace in my home and that just simply isn’t possible living here. I can’t wait till March so I can get the h*** out of here. I’m seriously considering breaking my lease and moving sooner. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Location of apartments is convenient to town and to interstate for quick trip to Asheville or Greenville. The apartments are fairly well insulated for sound and very well insulated for temperature. Management keeps a handle on noisy neighbors so really never an issue. Complex is safe, Rents are in line with area rates, however, pet fees are very high. Huge non-refundable pet fee per pet PLUS a monthly rent increase per pet. Rent is payable online for convenience.
