I only wish EVERY business provided prompt and professional service, like what we received today. I had NEVER used this company but after spending three hours with them today and watching their work to help control the pests, I was overwhelmed with their professionalism and their service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. WE NEED MORE COMPANIES WITH THIS TYPE OF "CUSTOMER FIRST" ATTITUDE.

After purchasing the house we paid for the YEAR of service where we would get quarterly updates and necessary calls in-between.  My wife was 36 weeks pregnant (Craig knew this) and we were having issues with mice upon move-in, which didn't come up in the inspection.  I called him and he said the soonest he could come would be 3 days so I agreed.  Three days later no one shows up so I call again leaving a message for him to call me back.  48 hours later, still no call back (yes we have already paid the yearly fee) so I ask Craig to please call me because my wife is wanting to go use Terminix bc they will show up.  Needless to say I never got a call back and he NEVER showed up to help my cringing wife rid her fears of mice.  I normally love to support local, but would not ever use or recommend Craig again.  Not professional and not a good way to run a business I don't think.

I called Blue Ridge after finding them on Angie's list. After moving into my new home I discovered a flea infestation. Craig was on vacation and so I left a message for him to call when he returned the next day. He called the morning of his return and scheduled to come the next day to treat for fleas. He arrived on time, explained throughouly what he would be doing and proceeded to treat the house and yard. He treated the basement as well which was not part of his original quote but the cost did not increase. It turns out I had met Craig previously when he treated our office this past spring for red bugs. When bugs persisted after first treatment he returned to spray for them again. Very impressed and would recommend this company highly!

Applied pest control to interior and exterior. Craig did a great job. We would use their services again. We highly recommend their services.

We really like them. They are very effective. The bees won't even go close to the house; I can't believe it. Last year he came out and kept fighting them but this year the bees fly over the roof. We are really happy with them. The guy is wonderful and he has a three month guarantee but it had been longer than that when he came out and sprayed again because it was the same problem. I don't know if the price is a good price or not but I do know that we're not having problems here. We have to keep watching for it but at this time it looks good.

After my initial service for the wood eating beetles, I have continued to renew with Blue Ridge. Highly recommend him!

Services were part of a package deal with a home inspection. Craig was very courteous and took time to explain everything he found, and put extra effort into investigating thoroughly in areas where access was limited. We received the report very promptly afterwards.

After doing some research on the big brand exterminating companies, and how many consumer complaints there are regarding their warranties and service, I was pretty sure I wanted to go with a locally-owned business. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Termite and Pest Control. Craig's price was more than fair, he actually returns phone calls and emails, and shows up on time if not a little early. The entire job was done in a couple of hours, and his recommendations actually saved us money compared to what I thought we needed to protect the house. The cover to one of the bait stations mysteriously disappeared a few months later and it was replaced free of charge. Today we had Craig stop by to treat the house perimeter and a couple of rooms due to ants. Again, Craig showed up early and thoroughly inspected the problem areas before treating them.
