BLACK'S PICKUP DELIVERY & MVNG

Very late getting started, went tree hours or more then quoted, and damaged two pieces of furniture....long day. We would use some other conpany more qualified.

It is a family owned company.  They were very reliable.  They had given us an estimate for how much it would cost but that day we moved, we wrote a check that was a little bit more; we did have a lot of stuff.  The next day, which was a Sunday, the wife that kind of runs the office called us up and said that we were over-charged by $300.  We never would have known that if she had not called us.  They came the next day to return the check and we wrote them a new check for $300 less.  We would really love to give them a good recommendation because they are really good.

The three men---Arthur, Jeff, and Greg---arrived on time and worked steadily. I had marked boxes to go in specific places, and they did a wonderful job on paying attention to my instructions. They worked together so smoothly and cheerfully that we had a good time during the process. I didn't shed one tear, which is more than I can say for my previous move eleven years ago, when I wound up in the bathroom crying. These guys were just so much fun, and even when I changed my mind about where I wanted a piece of furniture to go, they didn't roll their eyes or complain. I had so much stuff they couldn't get it all in one truckload, so when they started back to get the rest, I suggested we wait til the next day to finish. I knew they were exhausted. Arthur called Mrs. Black, the owner of the company, and she graciously agreed. So we finished up on Friday. I just loved having these guys around and trusted them absolutely.
