We are happy with him. He was very pleasant and friendly, and he was very helpful in helping us decide what to get. His son was kind of inexperienced and he had some quality problems. In the interior paintwork he was not very clean and neat. Okler brought in a plumber, he served as a subcontract and that we were not happy with.

Job was done perfectly in one day. Work was done efficiently, all rubbish cleaned up and removed. When electricity needed to be turned off, I was notified in advance. Minor repairs to wall due to different size of panel were completed at no extra charge. I thought the price was very reasonable. Oakler scheduled to accommodate my needs, too.

We were having problems with our lights and electricial outlets for several months. Any time we used the microwave, dryer, vaccum, etc. the lights would flicker and fade. I called AHS (home warranty provider) and they sent an electrician from Bill Okler Electric Inc. The first time they charged a $60 "service charge" and really did nothing. They did check our panel and verifed everything was "okay". Then they suggested we call Progress Energy. I did. Progress Energy came and confimed everything was fine. However, they (Progess) went the extra mile and checked everything... even our transformer down the street. Finally, while tesing for a problem the PE electrician noticed the two power connections on my main breaker were arching and one was black from being burned. He suggested I call Bill Okler Electric Inc back. I did. The next day the Bill Okler electricians completely replaced my home's main breaker (on a Sunday afternoon). Best of all, my Home warranty with AHS covered the cost.
