Berger and Son Landscaping

The owner responded quickly to my request for a quote for the work I needed done.  He said it would take about 4 days to do the work and included his cost for a chipper.  The work was completed in 10 hours and when I indicated he had quoted the project as taking 4 days, he said "We put more men on the job so it didn't take so long."  I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the work.  Many branches and limbs were not picked up; old stumps were left and when I re-contacted the owner to tell him I did not feel he had completed the job as agreed on, I told him I would finish the clean up myself but asked that he return to pick up the pile of limbs I collected.  One of his crew arrived 10 days later, picked up a small  portion of the debris and then stood and watched me as I loaded the rest into his trailer.  Without saying anything he then got  in his truck and drove away.

I felt the $2200 quote was reasonable and did pay in full expecting a company who took pride in their work, not one who came in, did the job as fast as possible and then was rude and unprofessional.  I certainly will never use this company again and would strongly advise any home owner who takes pride in their property to look elsewhere for services.
