BENSON & BABB INTERIORS INC

Overall I would say that there was a misrepresentation by Ashley Smith, co-owner of Benson and Babb. He assured my husband and I that he would be able to provide us with the interior decorating service we needed and instead provided us with an unsupervised, less than stellar job. We ordered furniture through him which he had sub-contractors deliver to our home damaged only later to find out that he was not at the house to check on any of it.....this included painting, etc. We specified LUTRON switches and switch plates.......got a different brand. When he told us that a piece of furniture was not available he never offered to help us find a replacement. It took forever to have a sofa with a damage in the fabric to be taken care of. He blamed the furniture company and yet from other sources I have only heard good things about them. I could go on but there is just way too much. By the way the complete project was supposed to be done by 5/2013. That was the saddest part of all......it was barely begun. The job has since been amended by another source and in a timely fashion.
