This company might have the best customer service of any business I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. It started out right with the first phone call and a warm kind-hearted person on the other line setting up my appointment and ended with the two funniest and professional gentlemen pumping out my septic. They came on time (actually 15 mins early) and had to locate a septic tank from a drawing handwritten 30 years ago. It took them almost an hour of never giving up and trying to find the septic tank. It was pouring down rain, as usual, for this time of the year, and they kept a smile on there face and kept saying we will find it, sir! It amazes me that you have to call someone that deals with a smell of you know what all day, to finally find someone that is just simply happy to work, happy to run a business, and knows what customer service is all about. I'm just bummed it will be another five years before I have to call them out again....The rest of WNC should take notes from this company...old school southern hospitality at it's best!

Without a hitch. The company showed up on time, had not difficulty running their tube to our tank, and quickly pumped the tank. They offered helpful hints and made sure the cover was securely replaced so water and debris would not seep into the thank.

I had no idea where our septic tank was.  Drew, the service person, found the drain field next to the driveway.  He had me flush an electronic signal device down the toilet.  He warned me that there would be a $35 charge if he couldn't recover it.  With that, he located the tank.  It was under the driveway, so Drew dug through the asphalt to get to it.
Our house was built in 1979.  We've lived here for 2-1/2 years.  It was pretty obvious that the septic tank had never been pumped.  We've been lucky and haven't had any problems, but we definitely needed to have the tank pumped.  I plan to have it done about every five years and I will certainly call AAA Septic again.
Drew was friendly, helpful, and professional.  He took time to help me figure out what to do about the hole in the driveway which is fortunately in a place we can avoid driving over.
AAA Septic is a family business founded by Drew's grandfather in the 1940s and now owned by Drew's father.  I like doing business with people who live in the community they serve.

AAA Septic provided their service promptly and professionally, took their time to discuss the health of the septic system so the owner could understand and suggested how to proceed with installing a 'riser' do avoid having to dig up the sidewalk up (owner dug up sidewalk to access the tank and wanted that to be the last time that would be necessary) the next time the septic tank needed serviced. When finished they cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.
It was a pleasure dealing with this company and the men that arrived to do the work. Their rates are what I would consider very reasonable (especially when compared to another company in our area previously contacted) and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

That was pretty an easy procedure and they were there within a week. They did it and that was very simple. There's no hassle.

They did an excellent job at a reasonable charge.  It took a long time to even find the septic tank, then he had to dig down to open.  After finishing his work he replaced the dirt and grass and cleaned up the area.  I am very grateful.
