Window Gang

"This comment was given very unfairly and so we at Window Gang wanted to make sure to let our customers know that they are very important to us and are always our top priority, just as this customer was as well. When we arrived at Customer’s home we were requested in the understanding it was the same job that was completed before as was stated on the phone by Customer and we were only there for window cleaning at the price we quoted. This was normal window cleaning prices, the original job of $310.00, she has stated from 2011 job. We have only completed this once before (not twice) and she was indeed happy with that time and we did not do or use anything different then that service this time around. She later stated on the phone after this window cleaning service was complete she wanted all of her windows scraped instead of just a couple. We would have been glad to do so however another estimate would have had to be given due to not being able to keep the original window cleaning price given at the previous job that was Without scraping. Scraping is indeed an extra charge and should be; due to majority of customers do not need scraping when they get window cleaning done. We would rather keep our cost as low as possible for the majority of the customers needing regular window cleaning. Also Scraping is extra due to additional time needed to provide this service. Ours guys though were nice and did indeed give some of the scraping for free while there, for Customer being a past customer of ours. I honestly believe she was unhappy when she was not able to get more work done for the same price as before. We did what we do for all of our customers, if we ever have anyone not happy we send our same crew, as soon as we can, to go out again for any touchups to be done, or to go over any other questions they may have. At that time the customer and our crew walked around the home and she pointed out anything she wanted to have touched up and our guys did so. Before leaving they asked numerous times was there anything else she had questions on or that she felt needed to be re-cleaned and at that time she stated ‘no’ and even wished our guys happy holidays and seemed very pleasant. On the phone, after the customer mentioned needing the windows scraped not just cleaned, for the same price as before, Heather had let the customer know she would have to spend more if scraping was needed and that we would be glad to add to her service if she ever needed in the future. To be fair to our other customers and our crews we wouldn’t be able to keep the price the same as the previous cleaning that was Without scraping. Both Heather and the customer were very nice on phone and Heather did not even know the customer was unhappy until reading her comment. If we would have been given the chance to know she was unhappy we would have immediately sent the owner out to her home to let her show him as well what she was still not happy with and he would have done everything he could to make sure she knew her business and our customers are our highest priority. After reading this comment from Customer, the owner did try calling the customer and she would not return his calls. We did try to make this customer happy and are sad she needed scraping to be done and we weren’t able to do the entire window scraping for free as she had wanted. Our office wishes instead of writing the unfair things she did, she would have just let us know she was not happy and we would have still worked to try to make sure she was happy in the end.
