Walked into Mr. Wester's office to get a quote for homeowner insurance on a home/property that we were trying to purchase. Took a little extra time to get qoutes as a major hurricane was bearing down on eastern North Carolina at the time but that was absolutely understandable and far beyond our control. Shortly after the hurricane passed, several quotes and coverages were provided to us and Mr. Wester assisted us in choosing the best one for our needs. Payment for the policy was rendered and the insurance policy was issued a few short days later with coverage starting on the date of the received payment.
