Countertop and Backsplash Service
The work was acceptable. However the installers left a real cleanup mess. My problem was with the wife of the owner. I made several attempts to try to reach the owner so I could discuss the job with him. Each time hie wife intercepted the call and refused to let me speak to him. She was rude and just hung up on me. I will not use this company again not because of the finished job but because of the wife’s lack of PR. This is a family owned business. The young man who came to my house to make the templates and to try to resolve the issue was a family member but he was gracious and polite. He was the exception and I will always feel the owner would have benefited had I been able to speak with him.
