Auto Tires
The last tires I bought for my Toyota Prius was back about a year and a half ago. I bought the best that they had, which was Michelin Defender tires, which were 90,000 mile tires. They started to go bad at 40,000. They were done and of course they can’t do anything until it gets down to 230nd. When it did, they replaced all 4 of them and my total cost was $190 for the warranties and stuff. I was very pleased about that, because new ones would have been $500. They took care of it. They said it would be awhile. It was almost 2 & ½ hours between the time I made my appointment and got there on time and left.

Helped us lease a car and made it as enjoyable as possible. It did take a long time but that is usually the case when going through the credit checks and process of evaluating our used car for credit. Kudos to them for being reasonable and not overcharging us

I'm a qualified mechanic. Their sales department is lousy. They tried to sell us an uneeded coating for $600 on closing.. Salesmen were very pushy and took advantage of my wife. We bought previous Camry at Hendricks in Raleigh. Suggest you do also. Bought from these people and just wanted to get it over with because I was sick. Would rather have kept the old car, it got 2 more miles to the gallon overall. Won't make that mistake again.
To be fair, they have a really good service department and a good service manager.. They do good work and treat you right. Anyone will be pleased with their service department. It's a shame they have to put up with the sales department reputation.

It went fine -service was done as requested with no extra or added-value services, but no problems or mishaps either.

This was a horrible experience. We placed an order for a new Toyota truck. We went to the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted and we have a top of the line, beautiful Accura for grade-in (low milage). We placed the order, gave wrote out the $500 deposit and was given a date for the arrival of the truck, the 26th of August. They did not make any contact with us after the sales. We had to call 2X and they hardly gave us the time of day. The day arrived for the delivery and we called and they acted like they new nothing...then said there had be a "production problem" and it would be 4-6 MORE weeks! Now, if they knew this....they never called to say there was a problem. We shopped around and went into Fred Anderson in Raleigh. They not only gave us a better trade in on the Accura, they had a brand new truck on the lot that we purchased. We then had to nag the Henderson dealership to get our deposit back and finally drove up there yesterday only to be told they had credited the credit card of our deposit.
These people have some slick ads on TV but I would NEVER trade with them. They lobby on a Saturday afternoon yesterday was empty. They are horrible to deal with. They never apologized for their crummy service and we are quit sure they never ordered the truck. I would never send anyone to them. STAY AWAY. They are not professional. Crummy service, horrible communication. Stay away from a sales person named Perce.

I had bought my previous vehicle from this place in 2008 and was quite pleased. I always do a lot of research on vehicles before I buy them, with the most important part being the test drive.
I had decided to buy a used vehicle, but wanted to test drive different makes and models to decide what I needed to be looking for.
When I test drove a vehicle at Leith Toyota in Raleigh, it seemed like they only wanted a sale on a new vehicle. They did let me take a test drive, but then the pressure began. Once they realized this lady was not interested in buying a new vehicle, they treated me like dirt. They did not even return my phone calls in order to answer questions about available options on different models and such. I don't think that's asking to much for a TOYOTA DEALERSHIP to do. I used to service my Camry there because of the location, but I doubt I will anymore.
My experience was completely different at Toyota of Henderson. They let me test drive 2 models (Sport and Limited) back to back so that I could make my own comparisons - even knowing that I planned on buying a used vehicle, of which they did not have on their lot. The
salesman Bryan Bowen was great - very polite and knowledgable. He went above and beyond his duties by spending so much time with me. The test drives made me decide on the RAV4 Limited and when I couldn't find a decently priced used vehicle, I sent an EMAIL to Henderson Toyota a few weeks later. I dealt with Mike Riesland who also was great. It was a long drawn out story, but ultimately, they worked with me, treated me with respect, and I got the vehicle I wanted, at the 'out the door' price we agreed upon.

It was very nice. We were very pleased. They were very polite and not pushy at all. They did everything they could to get us the car we wanted. They are a great dealership.
