+ -1 moreJust wanted to brag on this company, our heat went out, we have 2-small kids. After going through the Yellow Pages, found no one else that called us back in our area. They called back within 3-mins, came out about 11 p.m and with in about 2-hours our heat was working. Great job over all and excellent customer service, thanks.
Description of Work: Our heat went out, after a lot of calling around, this company Southern Air Inc of Henderson, NC was excellent. Called us back with in 3 minutes of leaving our message. Found our heat pump unit was bad and replaced it the same night.
