SERVPRO Franklin Vance and Granville

When I had the go ahead from the insurance company to start the process, Serve Pro brought in their huge dehumidifiers to completely dry out the place. Next step was to pull out all the carpet, vinyl, furniture etc. that was damaged. Phase two included replacing all that was damaged. Melissa in the office gave me progress reports all the time and assisted with all the details of getting things back to where the house would be liveable again. She is extremely knowledgeable of every aspect of that process.
When everything was completed, Keith met me there for the final walk through and it looked great! He is also extremely good at what he does and is very much into the details. There were a few minor things and those were marked and taken care of.

Our experience with Servpro  was wonderful. We were very pleased with their work and professionalism. However our Insurance company, because of the Agent's neglect, would not honor the claim. Servpro was most kind and allowed us to pay off the bill in monthly payments and without any added interest. We would love to have had them do the restoration of the cottage but we could not afford it. Servpro is expensive but they do excellent work and they come when they say they will and do what they tell you they are going to do. I would reccomend them highly.
