Alvin Johnson and his son Chip Johnson also own Chipmunks Tree Service but it is not listed as a business on Angie's List. My review is for Chipmunks Tree Service. Chip Johnson gave me an estimate to take down and remove a very large poplar tree that was over 140 feet tall. The tree bordered Army Corp property. Chip confirmed with the Army Corp of Engineers that the tree was on my property before cutting. His crew was very professional; they used a crane, taking care to make sure that the crane's footings did not damage any septic lines. They did the job when promised. Mr. Johnson's insurance carrier provided me with a Certificate of Insurance showing that he had liability insurance as well as Worker's Comp. After this initial job was complete, I called Chip back to remove two additional trees. I was very pleased and will use them in the future. Chipmunk's Tree Service had the proper equipment and knowledgeable crew to do an exceptional job.
Description of Work: Took down 140 foot popler tree and removed from property.
