+ -1 moreFriendly initial contact. Referred by a neighbor who had no problems. I had to contact the sherrif's department to follow up because the delivery date came and went. Another week passed and several phone calls and messages were not returned. I was concerned that something bad had happened. Once the vendor was contacted by the sherrif's deputy, I received a phone call from the vendor within hours. Work was satisfactory. Professionalism was poor, very poor.
Description of Work: Eight foot sofa was recovered.
