It was ok, but shortly after my cleaning it came to my attention that the owner of the elves was having an affair with one of her employees. To each her own but I personally do not want this type of unprofessional behavior around me or my home. Especially someone who advertise s cleaning for Christ. I also know some of her employees and know for a fact they couldn't have passed a background as advertised in the add. This is probably the reason that at least two homeowners have had property stolen by the elves. To bad I found all this out after I let them into my house!

Did not make some of beds second time-had done first time-do not clean outside windows as they claim it is too high up-overall good but need work on documenting communication between client and service providers-also not sure they need so may cleaning house without laundry or pets so unsure if they may overcharge due to # of people sent-overall I was happy with them

The first time they came out to the house they did not have time to complete the whole house. This was partially my fault because we had not taken time to pick up before we left the house to be cleaned. They left a note when they left explaining what they were able to accomplish and why they could not finish everything on the list. The second time they came to my house they scheduled an extra hour in order to have enough time to finish the whole house. They did a great job and even worked on a couple of extra items around the house. It was so nice to come home to a house that was clean!

They did a good job for me. I've had them before. I was not that pleased. The owner called me back in a month and said let's try again; she would give me a discount. She did it and sent in new people. I liked them very much. She lives in Hayesville and she works there; at least, she is trying to do so. I live 30 miles from there. It was kind of nice to have someone who knows the area. I am barely new, just 4 years here. I don't think other than the safety, I can feel that somebody can come out of the paper. They didn't check the little things. I was pleased that they could come out on the Christmas Eve.

My wife and I have been looking for someone to clean our house due to our busy schedule. After looking and seeking advice from my neighbors and friends I found Emily's Elves. I e-mailed them to ask for a price quote. The next day I recieved a call from the company owner who explained all of there services, pricing and list of job's they are capable of preforming. My Wife and I made an appointment for our home to be cleaned. There service was outstanding. Two ladies (one of them being the owner) came and did a walk through our home. We explained what all we wanted done. The were very quick, efficient, tidy and completely professional. They cleaned each and every nook and cranny in our home. There service is one that I can not recomend enough for busy people.. They also are looking our for there clients. I knew this as they were concerned about the time there were spending on cleaning certain areas. As they were concerned with the money the client was having to pay for there services. We all are self confident with our homes as we feel that there not clean and neat enough for anyone. But they were very complementary and offered cleaning tips along with time saving information to help us the client keep our homes clean! I can't say enough good things about Emily's Elves I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone !
