I little hard to schedule, but great once you get them onsite.

Wally and his team know what they're doing. They're in and and out with precision and quickness and at a very reasonable price. Every other tree service wanted to milk us for $ b/c the tree was near an 10ft overhang. Wally saw this as any other tree and took it down in less than 3 hours, at a great price. Took down some massive branches over my house and a dead tree right next to the deck. hauled everything away. Price was exactly as quoted and very fair. The only hickup was that wally is pretty busy and its kind of hard to get a hold of him sometimes, but its worth the wait.

We've been using him since 2000. He is great! He works a lot so you may have to wait but once you become a long time customer you will be given a higher priority. His pricing is reasonable. He treats us good and I know he has the same quality of service for all of his customers.

They have all of the equipment they need to do the work. They are competent and do a good job. They remove and take everything away. They are a good outfit, but you wouldn't know it to look at them. They are country boys, but they do a good job. They don't look spiffy or professional but they know what they are doing. They bring down huge trees and bring them down without hurting anything or themselves. I think the price reflects their skills and equipment and they are also insured. I don't have a problem with their pricing. They take their sweet time to return your phone calls and they show up when they want to. We have used them several times and we will continue to use them.

The guys came in and they do the job they came in to do, for the cost they estimated it to be. These guys are efficient, they were in and out before I even knew they were here.

I was satisfied with the work. They had the best price. The only problem I had was they were not very responsive by telephone, and they did not always call back promptly or come when they said they were going to come in terms of giving me the estimate. When they finally did come, they did a good job. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

The project went well. Quote was what I felt was a fair price. Work started in the time frame I was advised it would start and the group completed the work without interruption. Any large trees were removed. All debris was removed from my property. After walking the property I only found one plastic can that had been left behind by Wally's crew, they were very good at not making a mess with their own trash. Wally sub-contracted the stump removal as planned. This man did good work as well. Areas for improvement? At times I felt as if I were inconveniencing Wally by asking him to slow down and let me ask him a few questions to be sure we were on the same page regarding the work. Also, Wally was not asked to shape or trim any trees that were to remain. He cut off a few broken branches and low branches from a birch tree in the backyard. There was nothing I could say other than I was disappointed that he had trimmed them. Great work but be precise in directions.

THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL OF EACH OTHER AND OF PLANTS AND SHRUBS IN THE YARD. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND DID NOT WASTE TIME. WE LIKED THE WAY THEY CLEANED UP .

THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD REMOVE ALL THE TREES WITHIN A DAY. THEY STARTED AT SUNRISE, AND WORKED UNTIL DARK. THEY DID ALL THE CLEAN UP. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
