The ultimate work performed was good but Robert does not supervise his crews well and does not check their work to make sure they have completed it.  He also tried to charge me work touch up work that he did not perform.  We had to finish work that his crews did not complete because it became difficult to get him to return to finish work.  We should not have to chase him to get work finished.  His crew should finish the job, and he should ensure that they do so without being "chased."

IT SUCKED. There were up to 4 people here everyday with little or no progress. We had a defined deadline and when they "finished" on time, it was physically finished but the quality was low and the bathroom was not functional. Seams (from old walls), corners, & spackling over holes and divets were not smooth and were visible through the paint. It took nearly 9 months to get him to return to start fixing it. Each time he returned to fix anything, he had an excuse for why he didn't make the last appt, he only worked half-assed, and yet, he pronounce "customer satisfaction" was paramount (his word). Now, nearly 4 months after he restarted, I have spackling on the walls, a tub that will not drain & will not produce hot water and what has been "fixed" is nearly worse than I would have done.
