Generally went OK. Had some items that were not to be shipped and had been set aside for us to take in car with us. Message didn't get passed on to all crew and they loaded briefcase with laptop and electronics, spouse's medications, and spouse's purse. Were able to retrieve purse but other items were already in trailer. Trailers were sent to storage for 3 months so we won't have access to items until then.

We used these people to pack some of our belonging and also to load two trailers for a cross country move. The owner did the packing and we were please with what he did. However the loaders of the trailers had no idea of what they were doing. A heavy bed frame was placed on top of an unwrapped white couch (blankets were available) resulting in two significant tears in the back of the couch. Antiques were not blanket wrapped and crammed into crevices resulting in a curio cabinet, small table, roll top desk and other items being damaged. We spent several hundred dollars on repairs of these items. Found my grandfather's antique pocket watch in glass dome case thrown unwrapped into a box of garage junk. Unfortunately the trailers were in storage for 3 months so we did not discover the damage until later. We attempted to resolve issue through the BBB but owner did not respond to two inquiries from bureau. Owner also did not respond to personal letter attempting to resolve problems. Total damages were $2,000 in furniture and other items and $2,000 to replace the couch.

Could not have been any better , more thorough or more professional. Super!!
