cheduled appt. received call said it would cost more, accessed square footage of home by some computer program, accepted cost of what was quoted, men showed up on time, they informed me they wouldn't do job because I have snap in gutters guards and it was a half day job, informed them it was not, 2 years ago one man did entire job less that one hour. Called Angie's list for refund. I think it was just to drive the price up on my job. Wouldn't recommend for anything! Hope this is not common practice?

Booked DR Contractors to clean my gutters . Office said they would come to do the work either Wednesday or Thursday the following week after the weather had cleared. Workers did not show either day, despite good weather. No one called either day. Office called me on Friday 4/15 and said they would come either that day or Saturday 4/16. Again, no one showed up despite perfect weather and no one called to inform me that the workers were not coming. I called the office the following Monday and was told the worker had an emergency, but would do the work that day. Again, no show and no phone call. I called the office on Tuesday morning and was told that the work would be done that day, but told them that I had contracted with another service,
