Turned into homeowners since it was a lightning strike. Homeowners Insurance Co sent out their own HVAC person to inspect, and said it wasn't installed properly and refused to reimburse me. Called the company over 15 times, actually talked to the owner who promised to come out, and still have not had a call back or service, or HEAT. This has been an experience of over 6 months. I still haven't had heat or been reimbursed for their work, but they have my money! BEWARE!!
