i talked to brad about doing my yard this fall and told him what i wanted.he was able to come by on short notice and did a great job.i also used him last year because i was happy with the work he did then.brad is a very nice guy i think you would also be happy with his work.he has good products that he puts down on your lawn to all work to make the seed come up.
