Exceeded my expectations. Owner, Kevin Reed went over & above what I asked him to do. I was expecting him to power wash my 16x20 patio and my front porch/steps. When I got home, not only was the patio and front porch "like new" but Kevin took it upon himself to power wash 850 sq. ft. of my driveway. Lastly, his follow-up is impeccable! He called /texted my several times to confirm his appointment and also texted me on the morning of his appointment to confirm that he was on his way. Great communication! Anyone who has waited hours for a service person to arrive can appreciate the importance of being on time.

Following the purchase of a promotional deal on Angie's List, Kevin contacted us promptly to arrange scheduling of the service. We got onto his calendar quickly. He arrived on schedule and we determined the scope of work would exceed the parameters of the deal. The additional cost was agreed and the work began immediately. The job was very well done (pressure washing of the driveway and walkways), and Kevin exceeded my expectations by cleaning some areas of the front steps as well. Would not hesitate to use Reed Family Ventures again.

Kevin did a great job. He arrived promptly and took his time and did a very thorough job of cleaning the house and the walkway. He also did a short fence connected to the house and cleaned off my deck box as a bonus. He sprayed down all surrounding bushes with water before the cleaning as not to damage them with chemicals. Overall, I was very impressed with his work, and would recommend him to family, friends and folks on Angie's List.

Brought a coupon from the provider on Angie's list.  Kevin was very prompt in contacting me upon the purchase of the coupon to schedule an appointment.  He was quick to respond to my messages.  I was given an appointment a month away, which was fine with me but may not work for everyone.  Something you may want to check before buying the services from the company.  Overall I am really happy with the quality of work that was performed on the house and would definitely recommend the company to others, provided off course you can find an appointment that works for you.

He did a great job and I can't believe the difference in the house and all the areas that he washed. It looks amazing and I'm thrilled with the service. Will definitely call him again the next time.

Kevin Reed arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time. He did a great job! The exterior of my home and my deck look great! He even pressure washed my deck furniture and a small concrete pad for no additional charge!
