I called Ponders on a Saturday morning, about a pump that was unsightly and not working correctly.  Johnny returned my call within 30 minutes.  As he was working in our area that morning, he was able to visit only hours later, and give us some suggestions and an estimate to fix our problem. We then set up a time to replace the pump and add the pond plants, including Louisiana Iris, water lettuce, etc.  We did have to reschedule the second appointment, due to one of his appointments that ran longer than expected.  However, he did our job quickly and professionally when he came the next day .  I'll call him again for any additional work needed in the future.    

The project went very smoothly.  Ponders came in and without much fuss created a beautiful water feature around my pool.  Had a small repair job several months later and he came back promptly and made the repair.  I would highly recommend this company.

I've been using Johnny at Ponders for nearly 20 years- and have been totally satisfied with the work performed.  This most recent time I needed more than just someone to move boulders- but wanted someone I trusted to be creative and artistic, so that everything appeared natural (versus just having large boulders plunked down on the ground).  Johnny and his men worked hard and more than exceeded my expectations.  He is not always easy to reach, because he has many jobs in progress at the same time- and the weather doesn't always cooperate, so scheduling is sometimes not exact.  But it's worth waiting for a hardworking and creative guy like Johnny- for waterfalls, ponds, and the like.
