I have a service contract with them. They come 5 times a year. I would use them again.

We have an annual contract with them so that they have a schedule to come out when needed throughout the year. Very reliable. The owner is very helpful and very responsive to any phone calls, and also to see if there is an area that he can help out in with any question you have. He is very competent and very knowledgeable and continuing also with his training and education to continue to better service customers. He is someone very easy to get along with from a customer perspective, a really good customer rapport. When you look at different services in the area especially for an annual contract, it is a competitive price. Unless there is something specific, they have a set schedule of coming out for lawn cutting, so generally they are right on time and understanding about any special needs you might have. If someone in my neighborhood was in need of service, I would definitely recommend them.

Justin takes care of my lawn at least twice a year along with other landscaping items. I cannot say enough good things about him. The work is always done very well and he has always showed up on time. If you need some lawn and landscaping help, contact Justin first.

We had many options for our underground irrigation and Justin was the most responsive and professional out of all.  He responded quickly, provided a fair and honest estimate, and explained multiple aspects of the irrigation system.  He and his crew were in and out in approximately 2 days with minimal yard damage (as expected with this type of work).  Trenches were filled back in and minimized, seed and straw was placed in the areas dug up, and the work area cleaned daily.
We purchased a separate wi-fi enabled zone control system to ensure efficient use of water (similar to the Nest in  your home) and Justin took the time to install this in lieu of his zone controller (with some assistnace from us as the system links to your mobile phone).
Overall, I would use Perfect Cut Landscaping for additional needs in the future based on the professionalism and quality of work performed.  This company sets the standards high for others!

I asked to trim bushes and mow and they did fine on the bushes but they put a big riding lawn mower on a wet lawn which resulted in smashed grass and tire marks which took the summer to undo.
I am sure they could do a good job. They were just not thinking about the size of the equipment on the lawn. I would have paid more for someone with a push mower.
I am also sure that on a sunny dry day they would have been fine. No one is perfect.

Ed and his crew were a pleasure to work with. From the very first contact, we felt they were very responsive to our needs. Ed provided us with many examples of his work and allowed us to actually go see some of his installations. Our driveway is beautiful and we appreciate Ed's help with the design. It looks like it has been part of the design of the front of house from the beginning. We highly recommend Italiano Brothers!!!

I first contacted them to see how much they would charge for services and an estimate for what needed to be done immediately. They sprayed for broadleaf weeds and told me they couldn't do anything else for a couple of weeks. When they returned they aerated, reseeded and fertilized. After seeing the good results and knowing I needed help to mow the lawn (after doing it three times myself) I asked them to mow on a regular schedule for me until the fall. After picking them blind from the yellow pages, I was more than happy to find such a reliable and good company to help me. And I appreciate the friendly, professional presence with a desire to please the customer with no pressure and have flexible plans. The prices are more than reasonable and I am very pleased and plan to continue with them.
