They were on time for both the estimate and the work. They were able to do the work within a week of the estimate. They were very personable and did a good job.

Rob did a wonderful job. I was pleased to see that he had a bracket that was attached to the garage door over the holes of the original connection between the chain and the door mechanism. The new bracket and attachment are well secured now on the door. Plus, he adjusted the tension on the spring to the door and the chain of the garage door opener.
Overall, Rob did an outstanding job. He was fast, precise and very neat in the process.
I have entered The Garage Door Guys in my address book and will absolutely call them again, in the event that I have difficulties with a garage door.

Jonathan provides weekly lawn care services including mowing, weed eating, and leaf blowing. He is open to deferring mowing if it isn't needed. In fact, the other week I contacted him that I didn't believe the yard needed mowing but if he had already gone by it was fine. He said that he noticed it as well when he went by and didn't mow the lawn. I really appreciate that he is considerate of this so that I'm not charged when my lawn doesn't need the services. Highly recommend!
