THE CONTRACT PROVIDES 1 YEAR LABOR AND PARTS. HAVE HAD SEVERAL SPRINKLER HEADS DEFECTIVE. OWNER CAME OUT AND CORRECTED PROBLEMS ON 2 OCCASIONS. NOW WITH 2 MORE HEADS OUT OUR PHONE CALLS ARE NOT RETURNED. WE HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND ARE GETTING NO RESPONSE. OWNER WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS DURING SALES PRESENTATION AND INSTALLATION PROCESS. BUT AFTER INSTALLATION, HE APPREARS TO BE NON-EXISTANT.
