Mortgage Companies
After wasting over a month with another company who's fees were not what they promised, we went to Tim Rowe at Bank of NC. He compiled the paperwork that was needed, submitted it, and received a loan approval. From the time we started working with Tim we closed in less than a month. He was easy to work with and the fees were minimal to close this loan. There was a couple of small fees other than the origination fee, which was very reasonable at a half percent. Our experience working with Tim & Bank of NC was terrific. Their personal service was refreshing. I felt like a customer and not a loan #.
