Ace Movers

Very well. Adam, Christian & Noah were very careful with everything and willing to honor special requests. Adam's wife did a great job packing the mirrors and glass tops for some of the furniture. Move spanned 3 days total due to the separate destinations. Gary quoted the job and was easy to work with.

The movers were early, moved all the furniture out of a stuffed 10x20 storage unit, & were very efficient. Moved into our house. They covered all the hardwood floors, moved all the furniture, boxes, set up beds, & took one break (& so did we). The whole process took 3 1/2 hours. They were professional, courteous, & very helpful

I have hired moving companies 4 times in the last 10 years and this was by far the best experience. Even with the size and scope of the move, Gary was the only one of 4 companies that I contacted that wanted to come out first to see the contents of what was to be moved and to discuss the overall move plan. He was the only one to propose using two crews of 4 and two trucks. Others I talked with proposed either a 4 person crew or 6 person crew. (Considering the amount of effort the move would require and the time I felt sure it would take, I was definitely not comfortable with a 4 person crew.) Each crew worked diligently, they were all very personable, and you could tell they cared about doing a good job. Unfortunately, during the move one of the crew members smashed and cut his finger badly and my wife rushed him to the emergency room. After being patched up with a very large bandage on his hand (that I'm sure was painful) he jumped right back in and kept on working. In addition, the amount of the bill was reduced for the amount of time he was at the hospital and away from the job. Can't recommend Ace Movers more highly. Thank you for a great job.

The guys moved quickly and efficiently. I was happy that they did not waste time. They got right to work. When we got to the shed they were very helpful in organizing the items to maximize the space.

Based on the reviews from other people and the feedback from references, I had high expectations. They arrived about 30 minutes early and went right to work. They did a good job and they did it all in one day. We started out with a crew of 6 guys. One of the guys was called away due to an emergency around lunchtime. The guys took down a couple doors to make it easier to get things out. (When they put the doors back up, they left a lot of black fingerprints.) Boxes were loaded in the truck, and furniture was either padded or wrapped, and the fragile things like grandfather clock, mirrors and glass cabinet were both padded and wrapped. When we arrived at the new house, the chaos of unloading began. The guys were really good about taking the correct boxes to the correct rooms, based on the color coded tape put on them. They were also very good about helping me to put felt on the bottom of all the furniture so it would not scratch the hardwood floors. It was a long day for all of us, and when they left, I still couldn't believe we did it all in one day. The move took about 11 hours. Over the weeks, we unpacked everything, and we had a few casualties. A platter was broken and also a dish that belonged to my husband's grandmother. We still have a couple dozen boxes left to unpack, so I'm hoping that those were the only things damaged. Overall, I think they did a good job. They worked really hard and the weather was in the high 80's that day, so we were all very hot and tired when it was finished.

The 2 guys were very professional and got right to work.  I only had to tell them once what needed to be done.  The worked quickly and efficiently.

The site visit was conducted and packing was scheduled. Packers arrived on time and were thorough and clean in finishing up the process. Moving day was smooth even though my stuff filled the truck and a second load was required. It was all taken care if seamlessly for me and very efficiently. Great job!

After our recent long distance move, we had the furniture placed on the second floor and basement do to renovations on the main level. We hired Ace to relocate the furniture after the renovations. They were on time and were careful with our furniture. Did everything we asked, and stayed within the timeframe goal.

They ran their trucks on vegetable oil. They did a great job. I had everything packed up and they only moved the big stuff. They were 2 young men and showed up with their trucks. They worked hard and fast and were here only for 2 hours. It was a good experience and I would use them again. I think they were very reasonable.
