They listened to me and were professional and very pleasant to work with. They bent over backwards and took care of my problems in a timely manner.

-Mr. Arnett was disrespectful and rude and talked down to me as a woman - after we agreed on a quote estimate for the work, and started the work, he then proceeded to find ways of charging me more - he removed popcorn ceilings in two closets and then his buddy Kyle said they were not doing the closet in the hall because he said it was not discussed in the price - I told him I wanted the whole area, kitchen, living room and hall popcorn removed when I asked for an estimate and the whole ceiling painted. You don't put a wood floor down and not remove the popcorn completely before proceeding. When that did not work, then told me then they told me they would not paint the ceiling skylights unless he received more money. I told him I wanted to talk about this but Mr. Arnett in a rude derogatory voice told me that he did not have time to talk to me, he was busy. They left without finishing the ceiling skylights and never mentioned or discussed it again before they left. They damaged a microwave vent cover, which they replaced but sent me the wrong size light fixture they broke. Still haven't received it. Be forewarned that these young people don't keep their word on their quotes. Mr Arnett did not cover the walls when they removed the popcorn and swept the sheetrock dust all over my kitchen floor - if he used a vacuum like he should have, I would not have had to wash the floor three times just to get the film off. There was not a cabinet or room in my house that wasn't filled with sheetrock dust - this could have been prevented if he put plastic up before he removed the popcorn which is customary  - the walls were covered with sheetrock dust as well, which I wiped down three times - I know this is a messy job to begin with but he could have brought the mess down to a minimum but he didn't. A month later, I am still cleaning the sheetrock dust out of my kitchen closets. When I asked for a receipt of what they ordered for what they damaged, they told me they don't know how to email - This job in itself is stressful especially when it took three days and I had no where to go but my bedroom for about a week but when they started trying to get more money out of me at the same time with all this mess, it was unbearable to deal with. Did they do a good job with what they finished, yes - but never finished everything that I contracted them to do, which to me is not a good job. They also even gave me an incomplete order number so I could not call and find out if they ordered anything they damaged. Would I use them again? Absolutely not! I had to hire another contractor to finish the work they should have done in the first place.  They were not pleasant people to work with and would not recommend them from my experience. They cared more about money then the people they work for.  Mr. Arnett told me straight out, he did not care about how I felt - the bottom line for him is, show me the money, the more the better and the heck with you and I will do what I want was his attitude. Doing a good job is great but when you work with people, they better learn to keep their word and treat people with respect and completely finish the work they were contracted to do. I was so angry when they left - now this is not good business when you leave a job with a customer not satisfied. Like I said, I am still waiting for them to replace the correct light fixture they broke. They  don't answer emails either when you try to communicate.  Why have one if you don't use it?
