myself and my husband had to move out of state because of his job so we rented out our house and use this company as our rental management agency and I do not recommend you use them ever first of all you can never get anyone on the phone when you call their office and then when they do call their extremely rude and they can never do anything right they charged us $300 to clean our house because they said it wasn't clean enough for the tenants to move in and on top of that they charged us an extra hundred fifty dollars to clean up dog feces in the yard before the tenants moved in and the tenants have two dogs so I'm not quite sure why we had to do that but that was just a couple things that they did we also had provided a fridge for our tenant because we took our other one and as a landlord you do not have to provide a fridge for tenants we were just doing it to be nice and the plastic drawers on the bottom of the fridge or missing they went out and supposably priced these plastic drawers at $300 to replace which is completely ridiculous I will never ever use this company again after this lease is up.this company also had someone sign a lease and not have their husbands sign it so we held our property and took it off the market for approximately 2 months thinking these people are going to run it and they ended up backing out of the lease before completely signing it and this company neglected to get any sort of down payment or deposit to hold the property so that caused us to lose two months of rent income I'm just an extremely unhappy landlord and I wouldn't recommend anybody ever use this company ever!
